Lump-sum programs consist of giving employees a specific amount of money upfront to cover-or help cover-the costs of their moves. As individual needs vary, employees then work with IOS Relocations to select the type of services they would want from a group of offerings to support them in their relocation. This allows the employee to have a choice; and offers degree of flexibility from a company to meet the disparate needs of their employees.
